Had a shelback in my basement that failed almost every single rain. Then I got the water master pump and it is so much better built and reliable. The owners are the most wonderful and nicest people I have ever met. They spent the time to describe the whole system and how to install it. I will recommend this sumpless pump to everyone e I know. Update: So far I have had this pump for about a year. Never once has it failed nor have I had to adjust anything. Again, great product.

I got blown off inquiring why my pump would not always start via the water pressure switch and was desperately seeking expert advice from DryMaster on my DryMaster Sump. I finally opted to convert to an HC6000v2 Hi-Lo Sump Controller. No more mechanical devices that can malfunction. This is after several times with no pump start and water in the basement. *Update 7/23/24. Since I converted from the unreliable water pressure tube/pressure switch my pump has operated flawlessly, there has not been one issue even with all the heavy rains we have had this year. My sense of security has significantly risen and I am now comfortable going on vacation for long periods without worries.

My sumpless pump, which is over 30 years old, was not turning on automatically. I contacted this company to see about getting it repaired. A very nice lady from the company called me that day and was able to walk me through steps over the phone on how to try and resolve the problem. It has been working like a charm again. I appreciate the quick response and VERY thorough customer service. I will definitely use this company when I need to replace the pump.

Installed pump and redid my pvc which needed it anyway. New style pump is quit and works very well. Better than the last pump. Also the owners gave me some pvc and rubber adaptors at no cost definitely worth the money very satisfied. They say this pump will outlast the discontinued module which i have when this house was built 1981 that pump still works except it wont shut off . if they read this post they will know who i am. Michigan made and very nice people.

Picked up pump at local ACE and had it installed in about 3 hours. Quiet and stable. A little pricey as compared to other similar products, but overall, very nice and compact.
