I had water damage in my bathroom and Water Smoke and Mold took care of the abatement and the rebuild. It was very stressful in dealing with insurance and Jason and Mike were very patient and responsive. The whole crew provided excellent customer service and exceptional craftsmanship. The bathroom and flooring looks absolutely stunning and I could not be more happy. Mike was great to work with as he managed the project. Dennis was a great contractor as well and Xavier was very friendly and responsive. Even the gentleman removing the damaged materials Kirk (or Kurt) was very responsive and professional. They made a stressful experience much less so. They were very trustworthy as well and I would not hesitate to have them back. A+++

The guys at W.S.M.R were extremely professional and efficient. Broken water line flooded 3 rooms of my house. The damage was extensive and had me feeling overwhelmed. W.S.M.R showed up and quickly took action. They got the water up from the carpet, cleared the furniture out, and got my house dry in just a few days. They made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. They even delt directly with my insurance company so I never saw a bill. Couldn't be happier with the service I recieved.
