As a Huntington Beach Realtor for 28 years, I recommended United National Exterminators to all my clients, customers, fellow Realtors plus family and friends. They are the best in the business. Fair pricing and good work, which they stand behind every time.
They were the cheapest for a reason. I let the seller pick them, and it was a HUGE mistake. Subpar work, didnt do all the work that was promised. Still left damaged wood in very visible places, major damage they just puttied over...my home looks TERRIBLE now and will need someone to come fix their work now. STAY AWAY!!!!!
