Watermark Pools

Chris and his team at Watermark Pools have been servicing my pool for the last 8+ years. My pool was built in the 1980's by the original owner. When I purchased the home in 2015 the pool went unused for over 2-years, but luckily the pool was still in decent shape. Like anything maintenance and upgrades are need to keep a pool from falling into disrepair. Over the years, I've had Watermark install concrete steps, powerwash & paint the pool, repair cracks in the concrete and fiber glass liner, add new pool heater, replace an aging pump and install a new cartridge filter. Simply, Watermark can do it all. I've tried other pool companies and they just don't seem to work out. Watermark is the only crew that I trust with my pool. I'd give the 10 stars if that were an option.

We had a great experience with watermark. They installed our fiberglass pool and it is remarkable. If you want it tomorrow they may not be the best choice but if you want a thoughtful and knowledgeable company that will install a beautiful pool that everyone can enjoy (even the dogs :)) then I highly recommend!

I gave it 3 stars bc I had to keep calling about my winter cover. It took over 3 to months to get it. But finally got it this past December. All is good now. They're all professionals and very nice, just be prepared for long wait times on orders. Would still recommend. 👍👍

Flicked a cigarette butt out their window and hit my car on 675 while they were in their company vehicle. It was accidental but still rude and disgusting. They make ashtrays for a reason.

I called and spoke to Nick Spires about repairing some tiles around the edge of our pool and to repair the spillway from our spa into the pool. Nick set an appointment for May 21, 2018 for the tiles to be repaired and to look at the spillway. Nobody showed up on the 21st. Since then, I have left at least five or six messages and I emailed twice, and to this day, June 6, 2018, no one has called me back or emailed me as to why no one showed up or to even reschedule the appointment.
