Watertown Carpet Cleaners

I was hesitant to leave a so so review, I was hoping to speak with a representative in person, but after several messages asking for a review, here it is. The process to schedule an appointment was great, the communication prior to the job was excellent and very pleasant, but I do think the job could have been done a bit better. I was in this type of business myself years ago. The employees that cleaned the carpets cleaned two large rooms in about 45 minutes. I would think it would take a bit longer. If so, maybe a better job would have been done. It looks okay, but not great.

Men were courteous and did a good job cleaning the carpets in a short period of time.

This was my first time getting my carpets cleaned professionally, and the results were amazing! The price was reasonable and I will be doing this at least once a year going forward with this carpet cleaner. It makes a huge difference.

Prompt, respectful, and hard working. The job was done very well and with the greatest of care. Would recommend to a friend!
