Watertown Concrete

I called to order concrete a week in advance. I asked about the cost and minimum load delivery. I was told there was a three yard minimum but I needed to call back Thursday or Friday to place the order because it was too far in advance. I called back to order the concrete and was told there was a 7 yard minimum by the dispatcher. I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on the phone with supposedly the owner. He would not do anything to help me. Now I have a crew of people set up and no concrete. If you want good service I would look elsewhere. Poor training and customer service on your part does not make a mistake on my part. I was asked where the property is and I answered. The property is on Chaumont Bay. Maybe the question should have been the address first not where its located.
