Waterworks Pools and Spas

WaterWorks installed our pool over 14 years ago. The pump motor went out and Victoria sent Ethan out the same day. He explained the different types of motors and how they worked. We decided to go with the variable speeds motor and it is so nice. It will probably save us enough money over the years to pay for itself. Thanks to Victoria for her prompt response and Ethan for doing g a great job! I would highly recommend WaterWorks to anyone who wants a pool! They are Awesome!

We would highly recommend WaterWorks for your pool and spa! They are incredible to work with. They pay attention to details. They respond quick If there are any issues at all. They are competitively priced and they are super efficient. The pool was completed in a very small amount of time compared to what I’ve heard from other companies. Cannot recommend them enough! You won’t go wrong if you hire these people to put in your pool and spa. Thank you, WaterWorks for everything!

I would give 5+ stars if I could. My husband and I did extensive research into all pool companies close to us. We wasted a lot of time traveling outside of our area when the best was only a hop, skip, and jump away. The process...Whitney was great and went above and beyond while we designed and laid out our pool. When we finally picked everything out, we moved on to Nicole. She too is Ahhhhmazing. We started the dig and the whole process took about 3 weeks from dig to decking. Nicole was great and explained what was going to happen and when. Any problems (not many) that arose were resolved quickly. We were anxious and Nicole was great at answering any and all questions. After the completion of the pool, Victory stepped in. My experience with waterworks was excellent from start to finish. Whitney scheduled a consultation with me and that was such a smooth and easy process. For someone who has never had a pool or thought about designing a pool she made it simple. During the build, communication was excellent. Waterworks did what they said they were going to do. Their staff was very polite and worked very hard every day. Their biggest concern was that we were satisfied and the product turned out beautifully. These people know what they’re doing and have the process perfected. They were super easy to work with and I am 100% satisfied with the end product! From the first moment we visited the show room working with Victoria, up to purchasing our hot tub to deliver, the experience was great. Ethan the set up technician was awesome, he worked effortless to make sure our spa was working properly. We will definitely visit Water Works again if we are in need of any products or services.
