Watkins Mechanical did outstanding work at my home. They installed the gas lines for my generator, ran the lines for my ventless fireplace, installed an instant hot water heater, and installed a dedicated gas line for my new barbecue. From start to finish, they were professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent; they explained what they were doing, answered questions, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. The workmanship was clean and neat, and you can tell they take pride in doing it right. It’s hard to find a company this reliable. I highly recommend Watkins Mechanical.

We arrived at our second home and found that a thermostat was completely non-functional--no settings showing at all. I sent an email to Chris Watkins explaining the situation and he committed to get someone out the next day. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and courteous and within a couple of hours had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Watkins has serviced out HVAC equipment since we purchased the house. They have always delivered the highest quality service at a very reasonable cost.

Watkins Came to repair our HVAC. From start to finish their service was top notch! My call was answered immediately and service was scheduled for the following day—faster than expected. Attention to detail was superior: I was sent a test email. Service was performed as scheduled, problem was resolved, with courteous follow-up by phone. Watkins treats customers with respect. What a pleasant surprise for those of us who have dealt with other problematic providers.

I was referred to Watkins by a friend. There is a loud noise coming from my unit and needed to be serviced and checked out. The charge was $125 and the Tech was in a hurry tracked dirt into the house although he was wearing covers, told me everything was good and left. In the meantime I completed a service contract and scheduled a service date, cost $250. The same Tech returned and replaced a coil, added a piece of pipe that was not in code, added the disolvment in the drain pipe, replaced filter which I provided because he did not have the right size and again tracked dirt and did not vacuum the floor in the closet as there was installation and tracked dirt. He said he would drop another filter back by my house and as of today has not, I replace my filter monthly. The noise is much bette
