I cannot say enough about Amy and her husband. I'm sorry I didn't catch his first name. They are amazing honest people that have been in the family business for years. I definitely will be recommending them and using them again should any issues come up that need to be fixed. I really can't say enough about them. I truly feel blessed that I called them for repairs 😊

Watters came out and fixed my mom's AC when AHS couldn't get someone out for 3 days, they came the next day. Amy gave my mom some tips to do until then as well. My mom was very pleased with the service from start to finish! Thank you so much for taking care of her. It is much appreciated.

Wow! I’m so impressed with Watters Heat and Air. We got home from a trip and found that our AC broke while we were gone and it was 90 degrees in our house in mid July! It was pretty miserable! They weren’t able to make it out for a couple days, but Amy gave us some suggestions on what might be wrong, and luckily my contractor brother-in-law was staying with us and was able to get it fixed and working based off of Amy’s suggestions. Amy even called us back to check on us. We were so impressed with them and the fact they actually cared about our well- being more than anything else! This is a company that values family and integrity! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Have had them out a few times over the years to work on our old unit. They are friendly and have always fixed the issue and got us up and running again. I highly recommend.
