Have been using Waverly for 10 years. The service has been fantastic and I keep believe people are saying negatives things about the ladies are the office - they’ve always been so kind and helpful!

I have been dealing with Waverly Oil for about 40 years or so. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are very pleasant over the phone. When they come out to service my boiler, the servicemen always seem knowdeable and courteous.

Worst experience I’ve ever had- the lady I call always makes me feel as though I am stupid & the oil delivery guy always speaks down to me. Please, please, please save your time, energy & money. Don’t order from here- I’ve never had such a terrible experience. Today- the guy pulled of twice after seeing me wait at the front door. Insisted that he was here to pick up a check- I have never paid before my tank was filled. The last time he was even here- as he was talking down to me he said that I need to read the receipts more- well look at me here today asking him for a receipt and he doesn’t have it or just wouldn’t give it to me. Can’t fill out a check if I don’t have my receipt to go off of. We have always over paid and never knew where our overpayments were going to we stopped paying in

We have been using Waverly oil for about 3 years and thus far- they have been fantastic! They are patient, accommodating and kind. Would recommend!
