We asked for an estimate to clean our roof. The first time they didn't show up at all. The second time they called and said they would come shortly and as we had wanted to discuss the job while they were on site, we waited for them. We never saw them and later learned that they had come by our house at some point but never rang the bell. After receiving the estimate by mail, I called and asked to speak to the person who had written the estimate, as he had seen our roof. I wanted his opinion as to whether the roof could be successfully cleaned. I was told that I couldn't speak to him and that the person answering the phone was the only one who would help me. When I persisted that I wanted him to return my call, in a very nasty, disrespectful wayI was told to take my business somewhe
