Wayne Sanchez Roofing hands down is my recommendation for anyone needing a new roof, gutters etc. They were professional and very customer oriented. Siergio has answered my countless calls concerning questions about the process and was hands down very patient as this was my first roof replacement. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend there services.

Sanchez’s crew arrived at my home at 6:30am. They didn’t stop for lunch until 2:00. They resumed work around 3:00pm. They didn’t stop until 8:00 that evening. The job was 95% finished. The next morning at 6:30 they came in and by noon the completed the job cleaned up everything. There was a lady on their crew, and she held her with these men, she was impressive. The entire crew was impressive. They’re animals I tellya, animals. They don’t know the meaning of stop. It’s like they are a well oiled machine. These people have an extraordinary work ethic. Extremely impressive. Hire them, you will not be disappointed. And their prices are just as impressive. We had estimates from $20k upwards of $35k. Their price was $13,345.00. Yea, impressive right? He walked us through the claim, he was there when the adjuster came, and had fantastic communication throughout the entire process.The crew cleaned everything so well. When doing remodeling on our home we learned that our roof had severe damage and had been installed improperly by the previous owner. I found them just by googling and from reading all the great reviews we knew this was the company we wanted to choose. There crew showed up bright and early at 6am on Thursday and Friday and had it knocked out in just a day and a half. They went above and beyond to make sure none of our stuff was damaged and did an immaculate job cleaning up. Our roof looks amazing and they even took down a old chimney for us that was crumbling.
