If I could leave less than 1 star, I would give this company a minus 5. We were forced to use Wayne Turner plumbing through a water heater repair program sponsored by our energy provider. The program covered only the downstairs water heater in our vacation rental home. Wayne Turner Plumbing sent a plumber who bungled the job. When he first came, he said he didn’t find a heating problem with the unit but noted a leak which necessitated replacement. But, he didn’t schedule replacement right away. Instead, he scheduled it for the following week despite my repeatedly telling him that the water heater seemed to be intermittently failing. This company is awesome. Came out and replaced my water heater. Was kind enough to thoroughly explain how to work it after the replacement was completed.The work was clean and efficient. Highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs.

Where do I begin? These guys really saved us. We own a vacation home in Florida and were there for a week. I started hearing water running in the walls and our water heater stopped working. We randomly got connected with Wayne Turner Plumbing through our service agreement with Duke Energy. While on the job they identified that we had a slab leak referred us to a leak detection company that pinpointed the leak Matt and his associate came back four days later and within three hours had the pipe repaired under the slab and the floor put back together. Not to mention it was a honest and fair estimate that was exactly what the final bill was if I could give them 10 stars, I would highly recommend.

When our 22 year old water heater gave out, Wayne Turner Plumbing came to the rescue. They responded rapidly (on a weekend, no less) by sending their technician, ALVIN, whom we just can't say enough about. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. After dealing with the immediate problem, he soon returned to replace the water heater with a quality replacement unit. We will turn to this excellent company for any and all future plumbing needs.

After 19 years my water heater started leaking, so i ordered one from Home Depot and called Wayne Turner Plumping for help. They responded quickly within hours and charged very reasonable price for water heater replacement; they lifted the water heater straight up with hands without problem and I was using heavy dolly... the gave warranty ...They provided drainage pan and all plumping.
