Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings

Wayne wiles came to fix grout in my new build for a warranty project. The guy who came out used my water spigot (without asking), but honestly, didn’t mind that much. Went out to use my hose to water my new sod and realized he was dumping grout from his bucket in my brand new mulch bed. For any new customers, I wouldn’t use a company who is so careless. Now I’m going to have to replace this entire section of my landscaping as it’s coming up like solid grout/brick. Photos attached.

Complete and utter DISASTER! Avoid avoid avoid this company! Craftsmanship -0, grouting cracked, tile cracked, membrane not installed, hollow areas throughout ENTIRE HOME, glue everywhere, baseboards ruined. Complete MESS! I have written PROOF from the builder stating the work was VERY LOW and all flooring needs to be re-done! To the owner, you VERY MUCH have me in your files! FYI, your team just hit me up with a $47K estimate to repair YOUR crap work! Lack of integrity and reponsibility is Wayne Wiles' ongoing theme and I echo that... more to come!

We are in what we hope are the final weeks of our new home build. Our beautiful tile selections did not have the installation go as planned. The GM, sales team and operations of Wayne Wiles took our concerns seriously and to heart and immediately changed course and are making everything perfect. I highly recommend this company. They stand by their word and their products.

Having transplanted to FL from NC, we found our home within two months and when we made the purchase, the home had new carpet. Not carpet we may have chosen, but new carpet nonetheless. Couple months ago we finally decided to part with our "not so new" carpet and tile a portion of our home and re-carpet all of the bedrooms. This is when and how Wayne Wiles Flooring and Carpeting comes into play. Our sales person, Mike, was great from our initial meeting, measuring and follow up chats. We love the new tile and appreciate having all of our bedrooms match with carpet you love to walk barefoot on. Our job's supervisor was great, all installers we're friendly and professional, along with knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. All in all, A+.

Wayne Wiles exceeded our expectations with our new Luxury Vinyl Flooring! Leo Burley and the entire crew were great to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend!
