Waynes Pest Control

I hired Wayne’s Pest Control after much research. They began in August 2025. We have had a number of folks like this company over the years but this company is different. I saw a difference in my yard appearance after two applications. The person servicing my yard—Brian—is super friendly, kind and professional! He seems very proud to be a part of this organization. I told him today he could not leave them! He assured me he would not leave! He calls before he comes and he listens well. Finally, he leaves a sign in my yard with the date and time he serviced my yard. I am very particular and detailed. This added touch is impressive! I am 100% pleased and would highly recommend Wayne’s Pest Control!

Waynes is the way to go. We have 408 condos that are bug free thanks to waynes. Their technician ,Kris, is always prompt and professional. He always takes the time to explain to me everything that is going on in our condos and has done a tremendous job in eliminating any problem we have. 5 stars all the way!

Kris has been handling our monthly pest control service and we couldn’t be happier! He’s always on time, professional, and extremely thorough. He takes the time to check everything carefully and makes sure we’re not having any new issues before he leaves.

Kyle is such a refreshing customer service representative and a very attentive employee. He really cares about his customer's in every way that matters. Thank you for continuing to send him as my pest control rep, and your company should be proud that he is one of the best faces of your service!

I have been a long time monthly pest control customer from before Wayne's took over. Since Wayne's has taken over, I can no longer call my local office. All calls are routed through corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable! The local office employees are awesome. Kelly, in the Panama City office, and our awesome service technician, Eddie, are the only reasons we are staying. Much more of the "Corporate" mindset and I will find a small, local company that I can still talk to directly on the phone when I have a question. Again, Kelly and Eddie are great people who always strive to give the best customer service. Sure was more personal and more enjoyable to work with before Wayne's took over.
