Wayne's Roofing

I love Mr Wayne and his son...totally knowledgeable and took the time to exam the problem and then explain it to me. Mr Wayne told me the solution in plain language that I could understand. He even drew a diagram so I could follow what he was saying when I didn't understand. I truly appreciate Wayne's Roofing - 'cause you just never know who you are gonna get when you start making calls for repairs. Luckily, I have seen Wayne's Roofing trucks on several jobs in my neighborhood - I simply took a picture of the truck and saved it ...so when the leak happened - Wayne's Roofing was my first call...it was Friday afternoon and Mr Wayne answered - he was wonderful - and calm while I was in a panic. Chimney company was going to charge me a large price for what I thought was chimney issue. Called Wayne and he came looked at problem and advised me what to do at no charge! Thanks to Wayne for his help! - Doug

I only gave one star because it was the only option. They are replacing the roof on the townhome community I live in. Last month I had my patio powerwashed. They have ruined it. Left old shingles and nails everywhere. Also left an unopened case of shingles on my patio in front of the door I use daily. Left old shingles with nails all over the place. I asked them to clean up and they said no speak English. I called the owner and was told they would clean it up. Days later they have not. I got someone who could lift the shingles to move them. Buy my patio now looks worse than before it was cleaned.

Was charged $700 to Replace 3 small pieces of trimming on the roof and it fell not once but twice. Come to find out it wasn’t even wood that he was putting up. Upon calling him the first time he came back to the house driving wildly across my grass and i had my puppy out using the bathroom and he almost hit her. The second time he came back upon calling him he showed up and asked “What’s wrong now?” This time he brought someone to help him and he was talking junk to his worker, I find this really unprofessional and very rude. He needs to be shut down!! I will NEVER NEVER deal with Wayne’s Roofing again. I only gave him one star because i had to if it was up to me he would’ve gotten half a star

Wayne and his crew have provided me excellent service over the years. He is very knowledgeable and very reliable.
