Waypoint roofing, as always, greatly exceeded my expectations. Brandon and crew go far above and beyond. It is so rare these days to find someone who really cares, is honest, does what they say, shows up on time and does a great job….and at a fair price. They have done three roofs for me now…..each one had some unique considerations, but on each one, they did a fantastic job.. I would highly recommend them💕

Handsdown excellent workmanship and customer service. They installed a white metal roof on my home in Rockledge and it came out PERFECT. They did EXCELLENT with clean-up and no nails in our tires/ yard! They are also one of the few rare companies that have a LIFETIME workmanship guarantee on their roofs! AND They use a GREAT products for Dryer Vent's Covers for rooftop applications called, The Dryer Jack that's USA made and specifically designed for Dryer Vents. HIGHLY Recommend this company!

Waypoint put down a rolled roof on my house two years ago. They also had to fix portions of the wood. They failed to properly secure a rafter and it failed a home inspection. They have been aware of this since August 2022. The owner, Brandon, came out, looked at it and stated he would come back and take care of it. Never did. Since then I also developed a leak in my family room. The other owner came out and went on the roof. Someone forgot to remove about 2 feet plastic tape at the top of one roll, meaning there was no seal. I have popcorn ceiling falling on my floor, even though they say they fixed it last December. In December 2023 the owner also stated that someone would be back out in 7-10 days to fix the rafter and fix my ceiling. It's July 2024. Still not fixed despite multiple calls

I was nervous about dealing with roofers after hearing horror stories from friends. Waypoint was the opposite of every horror story. I was impressed with them from the very first call.
