If I could give negative zero stars, I would. I scheduled We R Movers based on their reviews, but at this point I’m honestly starting to believe those reviews are fake. I flew in from out of state specifically to help move my grandmother, and I only have three days here to get everything done. When the movers hadn’t arrived, I called to check on the ETA. The representative answered calmly, “Can I help you?” When I asked about the status of my move, he suddenly told me there had been an emergency and they would not be coming. What I cannot understand is how someone can sit there answering calls but not bother to notify a customer about such an important change—especially for a time-sensitive move. These gentlemen were nice,friendly and polite. They handle all my items with care. They did not rush but took their time to ensure all my items placed on the uhaul in orderly fashion. I would definitely call this company again
