I'd like to thank the GM of We Care Karter Peoples for reaching out to make right what the initial technician so gregiously failed to do. He sent out two wonderful technicians, David and Jackson. They assessed further issues I had, improved the safety and quality of life for my family, listened to my concerns, went above and far beyond the call of duty to ensure I was left with peace of mind before they left. They installed a larger flex duct and vent on my daughter's room which has greatly improved the temperature control in her room. They were VERY professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, HONEST, and thoughtful. I have to commend We Care and the two employees I encountered from the initial call for service until the payment for services rendered. The person who received my call and scheduled my plumbing service, was very pleasant and understanding. I'm sorry that I don't remember her name. I explained my problem and the urgency. She searched the availability of technicians/plumbers and arranged for same days services that I was unable to find elsewhere. Without the service, I would have had to wait until the next day before plumbing would be available at my house. I was given an expected time range for the technician/plumber to arrive. Outstanding Service from Mr. Aaron with WeCare, Electrician ! Mr. Aaron did an absolutely fantastic job servicing my home. Several rooms had electrical devices that weren’t working, and he quickly diagnosed and resolved each issue with professionalism and skill. He was patient, respectful, and took the time to explain what needed to be done in clear, simple terms. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care for their customers, but Mr. Aaron truly went above and beyond. Everything in the house is now working perfectly, and I feel safe and comfortable again. I highly recommend Mr. Aaron to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy electrical service.
