We Energies

I love how we pay monthly to we energies for them not to do their job. A tree has uprooted and is about to fall on a power line, they come out & say it’s not a we energy problem, we call our tree guy and he says it’s a we energy problem. We call back we energy and say it’s not causing immediate hazard it’s not their problem. We may as well stop paying you, you aren’t taking care of your customers, who pay you monthly.

If you are a truck driver and your delivery address is 335 172nd Ave, Union Grove, WI 53182, don't come over here. The truck entrance is from 1st St. P.S. They are pretty slow.

Be nice if the power company knew how to keep the power on. Light storm power off and on 16 times, storm over still power off and on another 2 times. End the monopoly on the grid, we need options that don't suck.

Awful customer service, getting overcharged for nothing!!! I'm a disabled veteran, and I can't pay these high prices, just because you feel like it.

Terrible customer service. When living at my previous apartment we energies charged me way more than they should have. Then when I left my apartment they still were CHARGING ME! Then I called them, Cassie answered the phone… Told me that they couldn’t reimburse me unless there was proof of a cancellation???? Then I asked if I could prove to them that I wasn’t at my apartment since January and they still said no… ridiculous. Again, terrible customer service, over charging as well as rude people over the phone. Will not be giving them anymore service ever again!
