Weather Champions installed our Mitsubishi ductless system in our Manhattan apartment. Two of the units constantly leaked, and when Weather Champions failed to fix the leaks, we were without AC during the hottest weeks (July) of the summer. Weather Champions only attempted to resolve the issues after I filed a BBB complaint. However, by the time they tried to repair the system, it was November, and the weather was much cooler. The following spring, the system started leaking again, causing water damage to our walls. I was forced to hire another HVAC firm to repair the system. After breaking into the walls, they found that the 2 leaking units were not connected properly and the lines were not insulated, resulting in leaks behind the wall. I want to place a air conditioner in my store .. this people come and check the ac and told me they need a replacement .. they sent me a quote.. it was 2 ac unit need to change so i called them and told them to change 1 ac until first ... they bad part i called them everyday aT least a week to talk with the guy name joe and try to speak with him and left my phone number to the receptionist evertime i called but that guy never ever call me back .. after trying very hard few days later this guy joe called me and told me that he cannot find the same ac and i need to wait until September .. i called the other company and. They charge me less and bring the same until with in 1 day and install it .. THIS PEOPLE ARE WEST OF TIME ..NOT RECOMMENDED .. if they dont want to do the job they can tel

Came to service and left us hanging. No communication there after. Not recommended.
