Beautiful Job and Friendly staff. Shane came to us and advised us we had roof damage. We had that bad tornado in March 2019 go right through our back yard and most of our neighbors end up having to have the roof replaced. When ours was inspected at the time, we were advised there was no damage. I don’t know if there was further damage after that, but when Shane inspected the roof, he discovered a lot of damage. He helped us file a claim with our insurance company and was very flexible and understanding for payment. His staff and Shane have been very friendly and helpful and did a beautiful job replacing our roof. We couldn’t be happier! This company was recommended to me by my neighbor but they have not been very responsive. The first time I contacted them and set up an appointment, no one ever came out. I waited a few weeks and tried again. The next time, Shane came out and looked at the issue. I paid the service fee and we came up with a plan and scheduled a time to get the issue taken care of. No one ever showed up on the scheduled day. I called to see what happened. Spoke with Shane again, set up a new appointment and once again no one showed up. At this this point I will just try another company.

Weather Shielders did a FANTASTIC job on our deck. They demo'd our existing deck and installed a new one. It was a complicated job that also required weather proofing to fix a leaking sun room. Shane came out quickly and came up with solutions. The whole team was great. They were efficient, skilled, on time, and came up with ways to get the job done while keeping cost in mind. The crew was polite and great with clean-up.
