Urban Enterprises Air Conditioning & Heating Specialty, LLC are the best! They installed a new unit for me last August and helped me identify future (but not urgent) needs. No pressure but great feedback. The team came back today to make those improvements! Dave, Jake, Remy and Bob were excellent! Each demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and were very personable. The owners, Paul and Chris, are great to work with. Lindsey and Wendy are super! Very reasonable costwise but honestly I’d pay up to have them work on my home. Is nice to have a supplier you can count on to be timely, reasonable and very well qualified.

If I am imagining the most customer-friendly businesses I can think of, they are at the top of the list. This family business was recommended to me by a co-worker in 2016 after I had moved and needed AC servicing. The unit at my newly purchased home was 13 years old and original to the house, and though it had a constant leak, I really didn't want a new HVAC unit the same year I had just bought a house. They are consistently pleasant, honest, competent, and fair, and this is the case from the person you get on the phone to every service technician that has ever called on me. They did indeed install a new HVAC system at my house in 2020. If I know anyone in the market for a new unit or service, I make sure they know about this fantastic group of folks. Urban Enterprises is terrific! Lindsay in the office arranged for prompt service when I called. David & Donovan were at my house yesterday to repair my HVAC unit. They immediately found the problem and made the repair. They were extremely knowledgeable & professional, and I am so happy to be dealing with them. I highly recommend this business!

This company which is run by family, went above and beyond for me. You don't find honest business owners like this much anymore. When I called them, they were responsive and genuinely felt bad for my situation. They went so far above what they had to do, I'm not a big reviewer but felt I must leave this one. Thank you to chris and paul and all the staff here. I will be using them for service and recommend them 1,000x over!

Most honest, nicest people EVER Used them 13 years and my daughter has used them for 4 years. These are the nicest people ever. Thank y’all for everything you did for us since storm.
