Johnny and his crew at Weathered Roofing MADE IT HAPPEN! We had an appraiser require a new roof installation to be done prior to closing on a home purchase. They moved at lightning speed, beginning the process from permitting and contract on Friday to final inspection the following Tuesday. The roof was done and dusted in record time! Johnny was phenomenal, went above and beyond, and got us on the road to closing for our buyer. It looks like a new home! As a real estate professional of over 2 decades, I’ve worked with many roofers and contractors and can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and speed. The owner Jonathon came out to inspect a concrete tile roof for me yesterday. I can’t say enough about his knowledge and professionalism.
