Feb. 2026. WPR company & staff go way beyond the normal customer service. They were here for every step of the inspection, & installation of our new roof & gutter guards for our house & carport. The crew were extremely efficient, fast & very thorough. They followed up on the final step of clean-up with expert service. This is a wonderful company.

Worked with Kaleb at Weather Proof Roofing to get a brand new roof on our house. 100% covered by insurance, they met with the State Farm inspector, handled the whole process. Couldn’t be more thrilled with a $20,000 roof for free. Thank you so much for your help Kaleb!

We worked with Jeffery Morgan SR. to get our roof replaced after a recent storm. He was kind and informative, and helped us with any questions we've had. The crew that came was actually quite impressive. They worked around us with our dogs, and made sure to move anything that could be damaged. Which was awesome, because I hadn't thought of that. They cleaned up the mess and took it with them when they left. We did find a couple nails, but nothing major, and we were told they would come back out if we found anything, but it definitely wasn't worth the extra trip to me.

I worked with Lacie, She was so helpful in the insurance process. She made it so simple and easy for my husband and I. There was a little hiccup with getting Insurance to send our check but she handled it all for us so that we didn't have to make any calls. The crew was also fast and efficient. Thank you WPR

Kaleb and Dakota of the WPR team came to our house to offer to do our shingle and metal roof storm repair. Their truck had nice graphics and there was no pressure. They simply stated what they would do and that no payment would be made until after the work was done to our satisfaction. Questions were encouraged and they were easy to work with. They were experienced working with insurance claims. We were notified when deliveries and work was scheduled. Being out of town when the work was done was not a problem. Dakota texted pictures and updates. Zero trash was left after the work. The crew members I met were professional and trustworthy, local people from the Joplin area.
