Weaver Oil Company

I have been using Weaver for 20+ years. All employees have been kind and they have treated every call I’ve made with urgency. Even when they are busy they have done their best to accommodate me in a timely fashion. They have started my burner on several occasions but thankfully I learned as I got older not to run out! I can’t say enough good stuff about this company.

Was without oil and was told they'd be out the next day. Called the next day and they told us they wouldn't be out for another day. When explaining we know everyone needs heat but we have a small baby the woman on the phone simple said, "we'll let you know if anything changes" Not the first time this company hasnt stuck to the schedule they gave. Happily took our business elsewhere.

Called the office tried to explain that I am in a wheelchair and could be unable to dig out the snow area. The woman would let me speak then after that I proceeded to tell her that we did not get 100 gallons. I had 100 gallons in my tank from the time before we got oil then she says we got another hundred well that’s that that’s the case I would have a full tank. The woman was very ignorant. I’ve been a customer for a very long time very upsetting that KAREN has retired and they had this kind of person answering their phones.

I love using Weaver Oil. When I calle about pricing the woman I talked to gave me every pricing available with the amouint of oil that would be delivered. I chose my price with the amount of oil to be delivered and expected to have to wait at least a couple of days and was completely surprised when I was given a delivery date of the following day. The staff, whenever I call for a delivery, is extremely friendly and the deliveries are either the same day or the next. The delivery drivers are also very friendly. I don't really need a delivery during the summer months because my tank will usually last all summer long. But once Mid-September comes around I will start getting my deliveries again. I would highly recommended this company.
