An unbelievably bad experience with carpet purchase/installation! First defective carpet, then defective seams on replacement. The store employees do not respond for weeks and then make false promises about when they are going to arrive to address the issues. You will pay top dollar for inferior product and even worse service! Stay away--there are much better options.

We've used Weaver's Flooring America in Waynesboro, VA for 4 different jobs, and we've been thrilled with every one. We've had both hardwood and carpet installed by their team.They are quick with estimates and turn-around. Their installers are professional and take beautiful care and effort in their work.

After a bad experience with a big box home improvement provider in Waynesboro who sold me flooring that they should have known could not be installed in my basement I was left to scramble to find an alternative. Should have gone local to begin with. I called Weaver's Flooring America's Waynesboro store, explain my situation, they promptly came out that day, counselled us as to what flooring is best for our situation and provide a quote that day. Shockingly it was more than 1/2 the quoted price the big box store had sold me before. Lesson learned. Shop around. Shop local. The service and support is worth it and in this case....saved me more than half what the big box sold me flooring for.
