Amazing company. We have had Weber put on a few design build projects as well on a few emergency repair jobs. Always fair on pricing, very professional, clean cut crew members. The ladies in the office are always nice to answer all our questions and billing is always accurate. I'd highly suggest them on massive jobs to a quick fix item.

Please beware of Weber electric in Bloomington Illinois. The electrician came to my granddaughters home, fell through the ceiling and Weber electric is refusing to repair it. This is what they call repaired.

Fernando with Weber was amazing and saved my Halloween! My exterior lights stopped working randomly a few days ago and when I called first thing this morning their first appointment was 11/1. I asked in the off chance they could fit me in sooner I would really appreciate it and they advised they would if possible. Well Fernando had a prior job end early so they fit me in the SAME day!! Now my lights work so the trick or treaters know I’m handing out candy. Fernando was incredibly professional and assured me within moments of arriving everything would be working before he left and he delivered as promised! Fantastic service and will call them again if I am in need of electrical work in the future.

The front desk lady is really unpleasant to work with. I tried to discus my invoice and was shut down and not returned a call for months they just resent an invoice in the mail found when I returned from vacation. The invoice discrepancy is that I was charged for service and the property damage of stepping through my ceiling… why would someone be charged for a mistake they did ? I am glad the electrician is safe and unharmed but the non empathetic clerk insists that this is normal practice and the price remains… no management will call no owner will call - we went in person the not friendly same clerk “Hallie” tells us at the locked door that they will not allow discussing invoices and basically to leave.. returned phone calls to address the bill had to wait of course for a call back- weig

Highly recommend Weber Electric! Mike went above & beyond in his service and professionalism during the appt at our home. Whether it was installing a video doorbell, new electrical outlets or moving existing outlets, Mike moved quick and ensured each job exceeded expectations. He genuinely cares & wants the very best experience for his customers!
