I called Webster and Son Plumbing at 9:30 this morning and had a technician, Michael, and his apprentice at my door by 10:30 a.m.—super impressive response time. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the best way to fix it. He was very transparent about pricing and expectations, which I really appreciated—no surprises or pressure. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and they left everything clean and in order. The office staff was also friendly, responsive, and easy to work with when it came to billing. Overall, Webster and Son Plumbing exceeded my expectations in responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. I would absolutely recommend

We used Websters & Sons for two recent repair projects and both times we had the same plumbers (Michael M. and Michael S.). Both of them were the epitome of professional and efficient, working diligently to keep the labor and parts costs within the estimate provided to us before agreeing to use their services. Michael M. was the lead on the repairs and did an outstanding job of keeping me informed/updated as to what our options were and the repairs he was performing. Would certainly use them again.

Webster and Sons replaced a kitchen sink and faucet for me. A quartz sink and tall faucet. The installers went above and beyond removing the old sink and replacing with the new sink. Adjustments had to be made to accommodate the new sink and hardware My new sink is absolutely perfection!

When we awoke to no water, I waited until daylight and called first one plumbing service...got a recording, then I called Webster & Sons and spoke to a live person. She had the office call me back right when they opened at 7:30, and they had a tech come right out. We so apriciated the rapid response. The office said Michael would be there in 20 minutes, and he arrived when they said. Michael M. was clearly experienced and knowledgeable about plumbing. He gave clear and up front pricing that seemed reasonable and fair. Michael kept me well informed throughout the process and was very diligent and careful to make sure the repairs will be good for a long time. I definitely plan to call Webster & Son for any future plumbing needs.
