Weed Man Lawn Care

We have used Weedman for years, and have always been very happy with their service, communication, and easy payment via online customer portal. They managed to get rid of the creeping Charlie that had taken over our yard, and it looks better than ever. We highly recommend their service!

I’d give them zero stars if I could. First of all, it took them over a week from the initial appointment date to come out. They were on the property for 5 minutes tops and didn’t even notify us they were coming or even knock to let us know they’d arrived. They killed the grass in my front yard (picture below of all the brown spots) and claimed they treated all the weeds in the backyard. These pictures were taken as of yesterday, 7/28/2025, a week and a half after they “treated” my yard. I called the company shortly after they left my house just to clarify what exactly was supposed to be done. My husband made the initial call and set up a time for them to come out. We have used Weed Man for our lawn (in 2 houses) for more than 10 years. Our lawn always looks healthy and green. The lawn techs are always quick to respond if any issues arise, but that is rare. We highly recommend Weed Man!

First problem I had with them is when they left my fence door open on the side of my house and my dogs got out. The second issue was on another occasion when a different technician couldn’t figure out how to open my double fence doors, so he forced the right door inward when they only open outward so now the left side stops where is supposed to but the right side goes inward when it’s only supposed to open outward. I don’t allow technicians to treat my lawn anymore when I am not home.

Weed Man has good old fashioned customer service! The kind of company that still treats you like they appreciate you are doing business with them. I had a problem with my lawn that I did not feel was being addressed, reached out to them... and they were on top of it in a heartbeat! They made me feel heard and like they were glad I was their customer. This is rare in this day and age. Just had a wonderful conversation with their customer service rep, Sarah, we went over our plan for next year. What a refreshing call in this day in age. She was pleasant to talk with and made sure I had every question I needed answered. Mostly today it is virtual machines and, if it isn't, it is someone who has no interest in talking with you.
