Weed Man Lawn Care

This is the worst that my lawn has looked in years. I called to have them come back and because they had a scheduled appointment that week, the extra appointment I guess was not necessary. They promised us at the beginning and promise that everything will be great. They would be out here every single day then spot treating as the service was absolutely terrible. I do not recommend and would give zero Stars but I could not give that low..

Stay Away! By far the worst company to deal with. Management is nonexistent and tried calling for months to get weed issues resolved and given many promises by people who answer some corporate phone that the local Franchisee will be in contact with me. Had to write numerous emails that go unanswered and the lawn looks terrible and is full of weeds. Had Chemlawn and Scotts for years with little to no issue, switched because they kept getting bought out...Weedman is awful to deal with! Finally, after 3 months of not paying the bill for an application they were told "Not to apply until someone came out and saw the weeds in our lawn after numerous applications and to stop service!", I wrote lengthy emails provided photos and even had to send phone logs of how many times I had to call to their

10/23 Update. I reached out via text on 10/15 as instructed. I was told a check was mailed out the week before to compensate for some of the damages and that works for me. A week after the text, and keep in mind the check was in the mail according to them, I haven’t gotten a check. I sent two more very short texts on 10/22 and 10/23, no reply. At least they are consistent in not replying. I think it is time I reach out to corporate. After 2 emails and a portal message to Weedman in the past 2 weeks, I have NOT gotten a response. I had my lawn aerated. The tech told me with the grass being wet, some parts in the backyard were torn up a bit, I told him not to worry and looks fine to me. The issue I have is the other two things he didn’t tell me about. In the front yard, the sewer cleanout

This company is very unethical, continue to deduct from my account even when I told them they were no longer allowed access to my account. Scumbags, crooks. Do not give them access to your account for automated payments. They will continue to bill you, even when they don't come to treat your lawn. Called them on 11/14 and 11/15 to cancel all services. Was told my account was closed. They still came 5 days later. My daughter was home and told them to leave. They left, but $176.14 was automatically deducted from my account. I've called them every day this week, the first call was told they can see where I called 11/14 and 11/15 and I cancelled all services. Miraculously those call now are "not in the file" but the rest are. They state I never cancelled 2025 services.

This company is a complete scam. Weed Man lied straight to my face. They told me on the phone my first service would only be $29.95. Instead, they showed up, did three services without asking, and slammed me with a $185 bill. Their own contract says at most two services may be combined for scheduling — but they went ahead and did three. That’s not “optimal scheduling,” that’s fraudulent billing. No honesty, no communication, no respect for customers. Just a bait-and-switch ripoff. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company, because clearly they can’t be trusted. If you don’t want to get lied to, tricked, and overcharged, avoid Weed Man like the plague.
