AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We hired this company for a move-in deep clean and it was somehow dirtier when they left. We just completed renovations in the kitchen and primary bathroom and installed new flooring throughout. I requested that the cleaners focus on removing the construction dust and prioritize the kitchen including inside cabinet interiors and the floors. They sent three cleaners for 2 hours 20 mins, and yet: - Kitchen was COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED. Counters and appliances still had a visible layer of dust (pic of hand after wiping the countertop after cleaners left) - Cabinet interiors were not touched except for one drawer that was soaking wet? - Floors were dirtier after they left as it had new black specks and scuff marks - Closets still had thick dust When I asked why the kitchen

DO NOT USE WEEKEND MAIDS. I used them for a deep move in clean and let me tell you it sure wasn’t clean afterwards. I had two cleaners scheduled at 8:30 am (they showed up an hour late). I proceeded to walk them through everything I needed cleaned which was a DEEP clean of the bathroom, the kitchen, inside cabinets, the floorboards, the floors, etc. After walking them through what I needed cleaned I proceeded to leave to get out of their way. I get a call that they had finished and I tell them I will be there in twenty minutes. But they tell me they cannot wait that long (which should have been a red flag that they didn’t give me an ahead of time notice). I have been using Weekend Maids for our rental properties for over a decade. Recently, I had a deep cleaning performed by Vanessa and her team that warranted another 5 star review. They did an excellent job cleaning the entire (vacant) apartment including the appliances, windows and blinds! The most valuable part (that saves me so much time and stress) is that I did not have to point out specific areas, leave a checklist or ask for any touch ups. They knew exactly what to do, had the best products and were very efficient with their time. I have also been impressed with Tony and his customer service and follow through. I am happy to refer Weekend Maids and I am actually looking forward to scheduling my next cleaning appointment!

Awful, dishonest company. Terrible experience. I paid for a deep clean and got what looked like a quick, basic wipe-down at best. There were obvious an visible cobwebs, dust, and untouched surfaces everywhere. Honestly confused about what they did clean, but to call it a deep clean specifically is ridiculous. When I called the company immediately after, I was explicitly told I’d be refunded the difference (that I'd be charged $128 for a standard clean, not a $270 deep clean) and that the cleaners could return to wipe down the areas I sent photos of. After all that, the company suddenly refused the refund they promised and kept changing their story, even contradicting their own previous messages. It was dishonest and unprofessional. I don't recommend trying to book a cleaning with this service. TLDR: Cleaners never showed on scheduled day and company didn't communicate. I requested a quote on a Sunday, and received a call to go through it all. I decided to book with them for the upcoming Thursday. I booked 1 person for 4 hours. They were scheduled to arrive between 10-12. Wednesday, I got a message that they could not fulfill that booking as is, and could only accommodate 2 people for 2 hours (same price so not a big deal). They updated the arrival time to be between 12 and 1. No one arrived Thursday between 12-1. At 1:30 I called the office to see where they were.
