Weinstein West Chester Showroom

We had a major kitchen renovation planned and had received quality service from Weinstein in the past. Our appointment went very smoothly. Their supply of products was a bit overwhelming, but Elyssa was able to show us the items that best matched our needs. She also explained the special features of the faucet, which was very helpful. We love the "rain shower" feature for washing fruit and vegetables. Thanks again for great products and service. We highly recommend Weinstein & Co.

Ordered an ultraviolet bulb through Weinstein It was shipped directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately it arrived damaged due to inept packing by the manufacturer. I called Weinstein to let them know it was damaged. They asked for pictures of the shipping box and lamp. They replaced it with no extra fees. I live pretty close to the west Chester location and picked it up. The young man at the supply desk apologized for the extra work to get the bulb. I was happy to pick it up. They have always been polite and not condescending to me when I looked for a part. Kudos

I just completed a big kitchen and bath remodel and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I was fairly indecisive and I had a lot of last minute project changes/adjustments but the ladies in this showroom were incredibly patient and accommodating. Aline and Jen were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show me all the options. We ended up choosing a brand called rohl for our kitchen and then did a brand called Riobel for the bath and my wife is ecstatic with the outcome. When we ran into a few after sale issues with some stuff arriving damaged and other little things. . However, the showroom manager, Elyssa, almost magically made the problems quickly disappear and resolved everything. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Thank you Ladies!

After working with Weinsteins, and in particular – sales rep, Jen Keaveney – we will not go anywhere else for our kitchen and bath needs. We recently completed major overhauls of both our kitchen and large upstairs bath, and Jen’s guidance and support throughout - proved integral to our overall happiness with the outcomes. To touch on the obvious points of feedback first – (1) Weinstein’s showroom is beautiful. It’s always current, displaying the most on-trend designs, while also providing options at various budget points; (2) Their products are top-notch and built to last. Go to Ferguson instead. Upon arriving at our appointment the sales lady introduced herself and shook my husband’s hand. She completely ignored me and only spoke directly to him. The whole visit was uncomfortable, she rushed us in our decisions, didn’t allow us to browse, etc. Upon picking our items she told us in a few days she’d send an invoice with price, timing etc. Unsure why we couldn’t be told prices on the spot, she was carrying an iPad and scanning the products. She also let us know we wouldn’t be able to get the tub anytime soon. The next day we ordered the exact same products from Ferguson and they were delivered within 3 days! It’s been almost 2 weeks since our appointment and we’ve yet to receive an invoice or follow up of any kind. I’d give 0 stars if I could!
