I must say I’m beyond impressed with Erica from Weissman. She is so amazing, professional, easy to work with, and she listened to what I wanted in my kitchen. She was always available when I needed to ask her questions. She went above and beyond to ensure that my order went through and was delivered in spite of a delay due to a house explosion on my street. She came out did all the measurements and did it to perfection. My kitchen is now a show stopper in my house thanks to Erica. I trusted all her ideas and advice and I listened to her because she is the expert in her field. We were able to come to an agreement on everything and I’m completely satisfied!!

My husband and I walked into the Flatbush location and were attended by Erica. I only had 2 requests for my order a lazy Susan and an Island for my new kitchen. We did a custom color of Fabuwood cabinets. Last minute she decided to change the design to center the sink from the window so my dreamed lazy Susan was removed from the design and she suggested another style of corner cabinet. I signed off on it because I thought I should trust the expert 😒. We paid over $14k in Aug 2024, 3 weeks later cabinets were delivered, order was incomplete. One cabinet was missing completely, the other one had the finish laminated on the wrong side and I also expressed my unsatisfaction with the corner cabinet she suggested because there was no space to storage anything and my arm couldn’t even get in a 5”

Friendly and courteous staff that are all knowledgeable and willing to help with a smile. The store manager is a great guy (Old -Man) who makes shopping at this location pleasant.

Rudy is the BEST! He assisted me in choosing the perfect tiles for my bathroom. He was very attentive and professional. The best tile experience! He provided good advice & made sure I had ALL the materials I needed for the tiles. Ty helped me load it all up in the car perfectly. I highly recommend this Flatbush location for Weisman. They were excellent! 😍🙌🏾
