Angel arrive quickly, examined my door issues and provided me with detailed list of options. We decided on the best option for me and scheduled when the work would be done. I’m very happy with his help and his thorough examination of my problem. The installation of the repairs was done quickly. The door works perfectly and is much quieter than before. The tech was honest and very efficient. He clearly communicated what needed to be done. Tyler was upfront and was thorough with what needed to be done. Very professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend him definitely for his work EXCEPT that they are definitely very expensive. From a price perspective I think they can do a better job of pricing. I did compare them to other companies who are well rated on google and other places and Welborn was the most expensive of all. I still decided to go with them for this particular job as I wanted to see if sometimes overpaying gets you the quality. Hence I did not give them 5 star just because of price. I understand everything is expensive and has gone up but not everybody can afford that much.

One of our cars was backed into our garage door and it was not able to close. We were concerned we’d be stuck during the winter for a few days with it broken. Welborn sent one of their technicians, Weston, out the same day. Weston not only identified the fix, he also discovered an issue with the original install by our builder. He politely walked us through what was happening and explained everything. He had it fixed in a couple hours and provided great customer service. He also explained the life cycle of the garage springs. Very satisfied- Highly recommend Welborn Garage!

Adam came out to give me a quote on my garage floors. He is a very friendly and personable young man, and extremely knowledgeable about garage floor coatings and garage doors overall. He explained everything in great detail and gave me options to consider. He exudes trustworthiness, and I am very pleased with the service he provided today. Carlos actually was able to come earlier than scheduled. After examining the problem, he recommended a new door opener, because the main board had gone out. He was able to get it all installed in about an hour or less. He went over the feature's and how to operate them which really helped me out with it.
