From the moment I stepped inside, I felt truly welcomed by the excellent customer service I received. Honestly, it was the best customer service I've experienced! With so few options for used appliances in Olympia Thurston County, I was so grateful for the team’s effort in helping me find exactly what I needed within my budget. We were in serious need of a dryer, and kept getting a strange issue with the ones we bought - and Welches honored the warranty not once but twice! Lindsey was very helpful and understanding. They gave us a seinor discount, as the dryer was for my grandmother. Anthony was super friendly and helpful, and fixed it the 2nd time around in less then 20 minutes.! Will be buying from them again!

Not Welch’s, we bought a stove from them a few weeks ago. Got it home (we used our own box truck) the front burner didn’t work. They said when we bought it that it had a warranty. When I called to have it repaired they said it would be a $65.00 charge to have them come out and repair it because by us taking it home ourselves we voided the warranty for them to come to the house and we could bring it back into the store to get it fixed under warranty or pay $65. I asked why we weren’t told that we were voiding the warranty by taking it home ourselves and she said it was in the paperwork they gave us after the sale (my fault I should have read it) however I pointed out that the saleswoman told me that if they didn’t install the new cord on it it would void the warranty why she didn’t also men

We have been going to Welch's for years! We would highly recommend them for all of your appliance needs, they are kind and hard-working people who make doing business with them a treat! Taylor and Amanda are the owner's and Lindsey is the onsite manager, and all three are knowledgeable and professional with their customers. We have purchased many parts and several appliances from them and have never had any issues with any of them. We would highly recommend them over and above any other business in town!

Great service! Went in to get a quick replacement dryer, had one selected, and as they were testing it out before I loaded it up, found it wasn’t working properly. They swapped it out (for a more expensive model) at no additional charge. I appreciate the honesty and reasonably priced appliances!
