But since it was just an install of a fan, I scheduled for them to arrive in a few days. I ended up needing to reschedule to the next week and that was easy as well. Part of the electricity went out at my parent's home in Hot Springs. We called countless places to get an electrician out and most of them said not today and one even said not until next week. This was the only business that came out the same day and very quickly. The serviceman was very friendly and professional. Being that my parent's Central AC unit was not working due to the outage in this 100° weather, it was really important to find out what the issue was.
