After our well was struck by lightning, we were left with no water—right in the middle of a weekend visit from out-of-town family. From the very first phone call to the last the entire team with the Well Doctor are top notch! The technicians were extremely nice and answered every question I had and were very professional. The customer Service reps honestly were the best I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. I also very much appreciate the follow up after the install was complete to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any further questions. I have already referred several other individuals to use the Well Doctor.

The two guys who worked on my well were knowledgeable and professional. They used quality components, unlike the original installer. I would recommend Well Doctor.

Where do I start, We had an absolute amazing experience with the well doctor. The CSR team did an amazing job from answering the phone call to getting us on the schedule and following up with the arrival of the technicians and even followed up the day after to make sure everything was running good.When the technicians arrived it was late dark and cold, but that didn’t slow them down. They did a phenomenal job, was very professional and did amazing work. Thank you for such a great experience will definitely have a customer for life!!!

We were referred to the Well Doctor from a local plumber. They came out, provided an estimate and explained in detail the issues with me afterwards. Michael Burnett was the tech who came out to do repairs. As he was wrapping up, our water pressure wasn’t right. Although he was packing up to leave, he worked through several scenarios and we began a process of elimination on possible issues keeping the water pressure low in the house. He was kind, professional, willing to go above & beyond. He stayed an extra 2-hrs to get us going. As a mom with small kids mid-evening routine, water is everything. I appreciate his kindness in staying longer than usual to get us right. 10/10, would recommend. They offer convenient financing options which helped us out as well.
