Wellesley Parking

When I arrived I was told that there was a weekend special that was $16 plus tax. There was a sign advertising this, which is actually why I decided to park in this particular garage in the first place. However, when I came to pick up my car before 6:00 p.m. as the guy had initially said, I was charged $45. I was lied to and there was false advertising.

The main guy has been so rude to me on several occasions and it doesn't matter how nice I am. I thought it was something I did but then I saw the way he treats the other attendants who clearly are afraid of him and I can see he's the problem. Even though this garage is closer to my work, I decided to park further away just to avoid having to deal with him.

Nice enough attendants but totally uninformed. I was over charged because I was given the wrong information about weekend rate. I made sure to ask about the weekend rates and times before I parked because it’s not clearly posted and last week it was changed because of a film shoot happening near. I parked there almost every weekend because I work close by. This will absolutely be the last time I park there. Plenty of other garages in the area, with clear information. Park here at your own expense, if you’re visiting Marymount, I would even go as far as having them write down the amouth before you even leave your car behind. Or for peace of mind just park at any of the other garages, can’t be worse.

We’ve been parking here for years and it’s just fine. Ignore the bad reviews. The one tine they dinged our car it was taken care of immediately and well and at no cost to us. It is pricy but hey, folks, it’s the UES.

The guy atender in the morning is racist and have discrimination actitud I not recommend this place
