So far positive experience, they checked my pump, pipes, told me what the problem was, let me know how much it would cost me and how long the repair would take. Gave me some good advice as well. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Not customer friendly. The receptionist is more concerned about hiding her boss from phone calls. Had a I keep calling and calling just to get in the schedule after my variance was approved. That took 3 weeks. Then they couldn’t hook up the pressure tank and that was another 3 weeks then they couldn’t turn on the water because it was too cold for one day and the furnace wasn’t turned on. So that was another 2 weeks. I told the receptionist that if they had only told me up front what had to be done before they could do their work it would’ve been finished the first day. She didn’t like my suggestion to “ just let people know” she said they were going to run the water for two days and come back on Friday to take the tests and shut the water off. They never did. I had excellent water but not a lot of pressure so I paid $10,000 to Wells by Welch to put in a new well not realizing that they would not dig far enough down we're on Sand not rock I now have the worst water ever it's all rust I was told just to run the water for a couple hours I did it for a couple days and I still have horrible water and so do the neighbors next door that they also put in there well I'm not happy and would not ever tell anybody to go through them and now I have to put in a water softener and filters which I never had before and even the water pressure is not that good it's fair I will never recommend them.

Quality, professional work. Explained things well, very friendly. Would highly recommend!

They did a poor job of keeping me informed. They replaced the well pump without calling me and removed the pressure tank and not tell me.
