I called at 3pm, got a price quote, and had two gentlemen here by 630pm. The job was to move a lovely but large and heavy sleeper sofa from one apartment to another (same building, same floor). I appreciated the care they took to not damage the sofa or the walls. They were very conscious of that! The two men were also very delightful to interact with. One might have been a just a teenager, and the other more experienced one gave him a lot of great advice on how to move and lift the sofa. I was in a tight spot today, I needed a washer and dryer moved from a New Truck to my basement porch. Not really a big job but nonetheless. I didn’t want the truck scuffed or scratched. I searched online and found Mr. Bills company and phone number and called. It’s a Sunday so I wasn’t even sure someone would get back to me. Sure enough about two minutes later (if that) Mr Bill called me. I told him my situation and he was so happy to help me. They came right out and surveyed what I wanted done. Told me they can perform the work, we shook hands and they moved my washer and dryer for me. I’m blessed to have met Mr Bill. I would recommend him to anyone. I was so happy I hugged him. The Hagerstown Office was very accommodating to my request for assistance with moving several antique items! Their crew members were very attentive to the odd size, heavy weight, and the glass front. They were on time, had a very professional demeanor, and we couldn't be happier with their skill, service and value. I will recommend them to family and friends for sure!

Not only did Mr. Bill come through when I needed him most, he brought 6 men instead of 3 because he had the foresight to know that I underestimated the time and manpower needed to move my 5 bedroom home. This is a company that actually cares about your needs and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. With all that he also beat the time and price of EVERYONE ELSE!
