Wente Plumbing and Fire Protection

Worst company ever! They replaced the water line from the meter to my house but did not remove the old water line. They also did not plug the hole around the new line coming in. Trying to get them to come back and do the job is next to impossible. If you want an indoor pool then you are in luck. Plus they charged over $2700 for this job! Now I have to stay up all night and try and save my furnace and hot water heater! They don't deserve any STARS!!!

They came to the house two different times and tried to fix my sink drain sewer pipe under the house and under the sink. Noticed yesterday evening it was leaking outside still. So we called them back and they came and fixed that. Then we noticed this morning it’s leaking all over under the sink after they just “fixed it”.. will never use them again. Hopefully they actually fixed under the house as that is harder to tell.

I called to have a quote completed. Ryan came out took some measurements and heard what we needed done. Came February 19th I asked if he had any idea on the quote Feb 21st he said he'd let me know Feb 24th and I didn't get a message back till March 25th one month later! Total joke in my opinion someone that's gonna give you the run around like that doesn't prove they can manage the job in a timely manner.

The Work that got done was fast and they got everything up and running, no problem here at all. Only down side was when the invoice came around, the cost of materials was higher than expected, only 2 sharkbite couplings and about 6 inch's of copper pipe was used. They refused to give an itemized report of labor and materials when asked. Is it too much to ask for a receipt to check if we are getting overcharged or scammed ?? The man over the phone also used scare tactics as in " if you got a problem with it just don't pay and we will take you to collections!! "and was very rude over the phone. The 50% markup for materials I understand its quite normal. The problem was the baseline cost of the materials being over 200% more than predicted is what i was questioning not the average markup.

Absolutely awful company. The first time we called the secretary told us they’d be out the next day and that she’d call us back. She never called us back and they never showed. So we called the next day and they told us they had a job come up…ok. So we scheduled for the next day. Once again they didn’t show and no one bothered to call us till 6 pm to let us know they weren’t coming, which by that point we had obviously figured out. I wanted to give up on them at this point but they told us they’d be out the next day. So the next day they finally showed and proceeded to leave our our floors covered in water and our good towels completely soaked. They also didn’t bother to let us know that our new shower head was in a position that would spray all over the bathroom even though they clearly h
