Excellent installation of my new furnace and thermostat. Costumized fabrication was required to install the added air filtration system. The new stage 2 Lennox furnace is as quiet as a church mouse. I am a very satisfied customer.

This is my first time using this company. When I called up Sandy and let her know my 7 year old air conditioning unit was running but blowing out hot air and that my was house was at an uncomfortable temperature of 85 degrees she got me scheduled for an appointment the next day. She was compassionate and friendly as we talked. When the staff arrived at my house he gave me top notch service. He was friendly and patient as I explained what I had experienced. He let me watch, learn and talk his ear off as he worked. He even pointed out to me that feet away from my air unit there was an in ground bees nest forming he noticed that I had not know about. We have used Wesley's for years. They were one of the few who would install/service furnaces in a mobile home. I have never had a bad visit from any tech they have sent to the house. I have been having electricity problems so when the furnace wouldn't work the tech showed me how to get it working again. Nice guy. Great service as they were here within the hour to fix it.

Made an appointment well in advance to have them come look at our furnace for a tune up. Got a call the morning of the appointment asking if they could reschedule. I said I could not reschedule because my husband took off of work for this and I could not get any time off at my job. They were upset and said they would try to be there. Not sure why I needed to make an appointment if the were not going to keep it. They said I needed a part that cost over 600. Also said that wouldn't fix the loudness of the thing. The part that would make it quieter was not made any longer.lies. it is quieter since being fixed. It was pinging loudly which was my reason for calling. They did charge me 100 bucks for the tune up. The furnace quit working yesterday and I called a different place. They are fixing

My A/C went out over 4th of July weekend, I scheduled an appointment for the next business day. The technician was an hour and a half past the appointment, I didn't get a call about my appointment being later. When the technician got to my house he blamed the issue on the thermostat. I've been using the thermostat that came with the house for 5 months until I had issues with my A/C then I changed it to a different thermostat that I have and my A/C still had issues. The technician "fixed" it and I payed for the service. After he left I noticed hours later that my A/C still wasn't working properly. He came back an hour later and fixed my A/C.
