Male valet with goatee and black leather jacket has no manners. Took my vehicle elsewhere after they wanted to charge me $850/month for a midsize truck.

I've been a long time monthly member here and things have gone downhill. from 5 stars to 1 star. They recently changed the entire staff and these are the most unprofessional people I've ever seen. Every day there is a massive line of people trying to get their cars. They're mediocrity has been causing traffic jams on the street that they operate on. Don't bother.

Absolutely the worst! Price gouging, deceitful, robbery, no either way to put it! Into city to visit our son for one day. Second garage we tried. Pulled in he took one look at us, chevy truck, PA plates, said $100 for overnight. Yes 100$..I'll show their price list. Picked it up today he said your 1 hour over 24!! $195.00 yes, that's right $195.00! Despicable price gouging. Will fight this NEVER GO HERE.. check the prices posted! The woman listening to me said fight this for sure

Scratched front bumper of my vehicle. Sucks because I trusted the individual who took my vehicle in. Edit: Employee confirmed that he heard a scratch coming down the ramp. Later called the manager and he neglected what the valet driver said. Looks like they are not only incompetent to do their jobs but also liars. Please keep in mind when leaving your vehicle at this location.

The garage is scamming customers. I had a prepaid parking for 3 hours and upon return for the car I was forced to pay additional 31 dollars for 2 hours of parking while I have already prepaid over $20. The attendant pretended “not to understand what was going on with my ticket”, then told me to call the ParkWhiz for a refund and forced me to pay them directly. 2 hours of parking for over $50. No thank you - next time I will read the reviews. They are scamming people.
