Quiet for a garage. Close to many hotels. Found good price for 4 day parking on Spot Angels. No in-and-outs though. Very, very tight parking spaces, but I read other garages are also tight. Even for a slim person, walking sideways out from a standard size car very tough; would be extreme for a full-size SUV. You have to hope you are parking next to others who will scratch or ding the car. No pedestrian walkway from street into garage; have to be careful if you enter near the crossing arm as a car enters; the arm drops back down quickly at an angle and very, very close to where you are walking.

Parked with WAY and the machine refused to accept the scan tried to make me pay again. Went inside to pay at the kiosk (double payment) it said contact support which was the scam operator. They gave up and honored original WAY ticket. The operators of this garage are scammers. WAY support was good. Persistence‼️

Very expensive, but understandable for the area as Chicago parking is crazy. Had a problem getting out of the garage and took forever to get through to support. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude as well. After that incident we had no more issues with in and out privileges.

AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS I have pressed the assistance button several times, but their intention was clearly not to help. Instead, it seemed they were focused on extracting as much money as possible. I purchased my reservation through SpotHero at around 2:30 PM, with a start time of 4:00 PM. I only needed the reservation for one hour, but it was automatically extended until midnight. Entered the garage around 4:30 PM (gate to enter was OPEN, which allows you to enter without scanning barcode) and attempted to exit at approximately 5:20 PM (exit gate CLOSED, entering still OPEN). However, due to them hanging up on me multiple times when I called for assistance, the time was closer to 5:35 PM when I was finally able to leave. As a result, I was charged $20 (aside from my paid SpotHero

We were looking for a place to leave the car overnight for a few days while we stayed at the Hotel Felix. The hotel recommended SpotHero. I was nervous using that with all of the bad reviews for this place, but it worked perfectly and we got in, found a spot (they are small but no smaller than the average city parking garage, my sedan is old and bulky and fit just fine and I saw plenty of vans and SUVs parked there), came back three days later and got out with no problems. And we saved about half of what we would have paid otherwise by using the app. We came on a week day, which probably helped with availability. If you’re thinking about doing it and nervous about the bad reviews, don’t be! I have no doubt problems do happen but I think they’re rarer than these reviews would have you think
