Couldn’t recommend Marc and his crew enough. Had several companies come and give estimates. Marc was a straight shooter, set realistic expectations, didn’t try to upsell anything (like all the other companies had), and had a very competitive estimate. Marc explained the process and timeline in detail. We needed some concrete repair (few cracks and uneven seams) prior to coating, which his crew did beautifully. Two day job (which is what you want versus the one day guys). His crew took their time with some fairly odd areas of the garage and the care they showed made all the difference. Unfortunately, incompetence and mediocrity are everywhere today and we tend to settle when paying for services because we see excellence so rarely we just don’t ever expect it. Well, West Coast Epoxy is excellent!! The owner, Mark is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented. From the initial estimate to the final day of installation and even the day after follow up call you can tell that excellence is their standard and it’s refreshing. I had a two car garage floor done and it looks better than I expected. Just don’t waste time calling any other company. Go with West Coast you won’t be disappointed!

I had another flooring contractor completely botch my garage floor. I called Marc in the hope he could make it right. He showed me what he could do to correct the issues and he guaranteed his work.
