TEAMWORK No doubt about it - Stephanie and Heather took time to contact me and discuss a strategy to help make it COOLER in the house! Blown-in insulation to the rescue thanks to Luis and Ricky! What an experience to write positively about! THANK YOU WEST COAST INSULATION!

This company is a traffic hazard! With a large truck like theirs they think it's ok to speed constantly, and tailgate other cars going the legal speed limit. If they don't get their way through bullying, they WILL aggressively cut in other lanes with cars on them. Almost saw them cause an accident twice.

They installed fiberglass insulation in our new home. That went fairly well. We contracted with them to do the closet shelving in our home. That was an absolute debacle. The so called scheduling guru is Stephanie and she will keep letting you know " she does the scheduling ". We paid a deposit on March 23,2023 and was told by Randy the shelves would be installed April 24,2023. I called when we didn't hear from them in late April and was told by Stephanie that She Does The Scheduling Not Randy. She told me they would be out May 4. We would have contracted with someone else if we knew it would take six weeks to get shelves. They didn't show, didn't call and didn't return my calls until after the 4th message. I requested a refund. I would stay away and hire another firm that has appreciates

Kevin went out of his way to help us with a part for our new shower door that was faulty. It needs to be mentioned that his company did not install it, but he still went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this company for any insulation needs. We subcontracted some work out to USI on a commercial building we are renovating and it has been an awesome experience. From meeting with a sales representative on site to the prompt responses and scheduling. We had a small hiccup on day 1 of install and they had it figured out and moving in no time. The biggest thing to me was the installers. They are very informative, work extremely hard while providing clean work AND they pick/clean up after themselves!! The spray foam crew left and I went in to lock up and was BLOWN AWAY at how clean they left the building. They took "leave a jobsite better than you found it" to another level and that speaks volumes from the installers to the company as a whole. Would give more stars if poss
