Worst valet service - Valet driver was clearly intoxicated and insisted on moving my car after it was already parked and in no one’s way. He crashed my Tesla into a friend’s car because he pressed on the gas rapidly. It was clear he was intoxicated as Tesla has cameras everywhere and the poor handling explains it. This happened April 2023 - I still have yet to get my car fixed. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to take accountability for their actions. They attempted to send me to a non Tesla approved shop - the manager said he can’t do anything as they will not fix it at a proper Tesla shop. Keeps vehicles over night and has NO business hours posted so customers know WHEN to return to collect their vehicle. Employee told me they open when they want. WHAT?? So they hold peoples property and open at their time?? Then they try to charge me the valet fee that i had ALREADY paid upon drop off. They also have ZERO customer service. Called various numbers to get info on when they opened or how to get the car. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

If I could rate them a negative star, I would. My car was involved in a car accident by their valet driver two weeks ago and they have not called me back, the claim form that I sent in the mail got returned back to me and i'm getting blown off and have had to pay for the repairs out of pocket $1300. Unbelievable. I am so upset and I will be suing this company.

My friends and I had dinner at Tao in LA and the valet drivers stole stuff from our car. We went back to ask for our money but they were rude and aggressive. Please be careful if you find yourself in a valet situation and they are in charge of your car.
