This was my first time using West Coast. First, making an appointment to have someone come out was really easy; the staff at the office was helpful and super friendly. I had a broken toilet and they were able to come out the very next day after I called to replace the same model with no issues, at what I felt was a fair and honest price after a little research on my own. Brandon, the service tech assigned, was friendly and got the job done quickly. And, more importantly (to me)…..he was on time! At 6am! Definitely recommend West Coast and will be using them for any future needs. Great experience. Thanks, guys!

West Coast Plumbing redefines customer service. From the first moment Vicki answers the phone in the office till the last moment you shake Kenny LaPalitano's (Service Manager) hand as they leave you are treated with such courtesy and respect you feel as though you are working with your best friend. Their plumbers are professional, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant. All the while they were on site you see they are a good team respectful of each other and having fun working together. The work was impeccable. Even the Ft Myers inspector commented they went further then necessary. When they said one day to complete a whole house re-pipe they weren't kidding. If you need a plumber you are in the right place at West Coast Plumbing & Water Treatment!

We had West Coast Plumbing install a new hot water heater. Brandon did a wonderful job on the installation and clean up. We are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to call them up for any future plumbing needs.
