Perhaps the guy running the trencher was outsourced, because the truck did not bear the company name. He parked blocking our mailbox (our mailman would skip). My wife politely asked if he could move just a few feet up so we could receive our mail. She said she didn’t care if he stayed all day, just wanted to receive our mail. 5 hours later it was never moved, and my wife had to wait in driveway for mail. They weren’t even working on our house, but rather 2 houses down. When he finished he left a messy trail stretching between 3 houses.

Incredibly unprofessional owner and company... from setting up services to follow-through on seasonal set-up and shut-down, warranty components, etc. Common themes include being more than two hours late for appointments or no-show appointments, no phone call back, no apology, blames customer, won't pick up the phone in the office, return calls, etc. Owner told me to find someone else when they didn't want to cover warranty items or reschedule due a no-show appointment. Don't bother. Zero stars.

They went above and beyond to help us. Jeff personally called me to let me know they were on top of it. They changed their schedule to help us. Highly recommended.

First scheduled 2 weeks out, that's ok, it's a busy time of year. Technician arrived and no fault of theirs he couldn't complete the work, rescheduled for two weeks out again. I'm fine up to this point. The second time they were due to come out they canceled and said they would reach out to reschedule. I'm assuming ok, they'll be out the next day or two. I Follow up 2 days later and the best they can do is another 2 weeks out even though it was their own fault they missed the appointment. Doesn't matter, back of the line. Nice guys, poorly run.

Wonderful receptionist, awful owner. After scheduling appointment, tech was 40 min late. After calling inquiring about the late arrival, there was no apology, no compensation for my time, and the tech just didn’t show up, this was after 5 years using this company. I’m sure the techs are fine, but it’s sad how the company is run.
